Youth and Innovation Take Center Stage Youth engagement reached new heights, with the World University Innovation and Entrepreneurship Challenge attracting 1,007 projects from 149 universities across 11 countries. Peking University's team won the top prize for its cryo-electron microscopy technology platform. Other highlights included esports tournaments at Guiyang's X-Sci-Fi Valley and the "Speaking ASEAN in Chinese" language program. Organizers announced plans to host over 5,000 international youths in Guizhou over the next year. 高凯技术的发行价为61.36元/股，据Wind数据统计， 高凯技术是科创板今年以来发行价第五高的新股，排在其前面的分别是频准激光（186.88元/股）、宇树科技（150.80元/股）、恒运昌（92.18元/股）、联讯仪器（81.88元/股）。 根据此前公告，高凯技术网上发行最终中签率仅为0.01929561%，中一签需缴款30680元。 据悉，高凯技术是国内精密流体控制领域龙头企业，专业从事精密流体控制领域中关键控制部件及相关设备的研发、生产与销售，目前公司产品以流量控制系列、点胶封装系列和精密涂胶三大系列为核心，并延伸至半导体真空系统类零部件等更多种类的精密流体控制部件及相关设备，广泛应用于半导体、消费电子、汽车电子和新能源等智能制造领域。 据招股书介绍，在行业公认具有较高技术门槛的半导体设备领域， 高凯技术是目前国内极少数能够量产供货，且其产品应用于先进工艺制程节点的半导体设备关键流体控制部件供应商。其主营产品已经成功通过国内知名厂商验证，并实现了稳定量产供应，部分产品批量应用于7nm及以下逻辑芯片等先进制程前道工艺设备。 客户方面， 高凯技术在半导体设备流体控制领域的主要客户包括公司B、公司A、公司C、至纯科技、公司F等；点胶封装系列产品的重要客户包括立讯精密、瑞声科技、富士康、东山精密等；精密涂胶系列产品的重要客户包括宁德时代、比亚迪、晶科能源等。 尽管高凯技术的流量控制系列产品已切入半导体设备供应链，但该板块收入占比尚处于低位。报告期内，流量控制系列产品应用于半导体领域销售收入占主营业务收入的比例分别为4.20%、17.49%、21.91%，而同期点胶封装系列产品收入占比高达47.65%、43.99%和46.48%，是公司收入的主要来源。 高凯技术本次发行募集资金总额15.33亿元，扣除发行费用后，募集资金净额为13.85亿元，将投资于高端半导体设备零部件研发及产业化项目、研发中心建设项目。
上半年净利润增长超95% 业绩方面，2023年、2024年、2025年，高凯技术的营业收入分别为2.26亿元、4.23亿元、5.11亿元，净利润分别为0.26亿元、1亿元、1.33亿元。研发投入占营业收入的比例分别为19.28%、12.77%、15.94%。 2026年上半年，公司实现营业收入3.27亿元，同比增长35.46%，实现归母净利润1.06亿元，同比增长95.07%；扣非净利润9851.27万元，同比增长84.73%。其中2026年第二季度实现营收1.54亿元，同比增长21.77%；单季度归母净利润5249.55万元，同比增长85.86%。 高凯技术在招股书中提示称，由于精密流体控制部件及设备具有较高的技术工艺要求，下游客户对供应商有较为严格的产品验证审查程序。 高凯技术提醒，若公司新产品、新客户开发不及预期或新产品在客户处验证进度不及预期，导致公司新产品未能获得足够的订单，将会对公司经营业绩持续增长产生不利影响。 综合来看，目前高凯技术正处于业务快速扩张与转型的关键期，半导体领域虽有突破但收入贡献有限，消费电子依赖度较高，再加上技术迭代压力、供应链依赖境外、国际竞争激烈等风险，投资者需全面评估其抗风险能力。
